This key role involves building and maintaining our data infrastructure, performing in-depth analysis of marketing and product performance, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and a passion for leveraging data to enhance business outcomes.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow;
• Developing and optimizing ETL processes for ingesting data from various sources, including Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Stripe, Apple Connect, and Google Play;
• Building, maintaining, and optimizing our data warehouse in Google BigQuery;
• Implementing data quality checks and monitoring procedures;
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to integrate data sources and improve data accessibility;
• Integrating AI services (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into the data engineering and analysis pipelines;
• Developing and maintaining data models using dbt-like tools;
• Participating in data analysis tasks to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities;
• Developing interactive parametric dashboards using Google Data Studio and Metabase to visualize key performance indicators(KPIs) and insights;
• Identifying trends and patterns in data to support strategic decision-making.

We require a strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery. Familiarity with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration, DBT/Google Dataform for model processing, and dbt for data modeling and transformation is also essential. Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, web and mobile app marketing analytics, and attribution modeling is necessary. Additionally, proficiency in Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills are required.
