Financial Operations Specialist

This role will focus on monitoring bank accounts, assigning payments to correct insurance contracts, and analyzing documentation to ensure accuracy.

You will also initiate internal transfers for mislodged payments, participate in coinsurance payment processes, and help prepare reports on monthly cash application and entry clarification.

In addition, you will contribute to process automation by proposing changes and testing new solutions to improve our current system.

The ideal candidate should have very good English skills, good knowledge of German, analytical thinking, numeracy, and problem-solving skills, as well as previous experience in finance/credit control/collections.

Your estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
