We are seeking a talented individual to support the activities of the European Supply Finance Team, located at a factory in Niepołomice.

your tasks

  • producing standard reports and assisting the team in creating insights to enable decision making,
  • completing critical accounting tasks for the factories, including accrual calculations, journal entry preparation, journal entries, closing of accounting periods, data accuracy validation, etc.,
  • assisting with periodical reporting for our business partners on actuals and forecasts,
  • preparing ad hoc analyses,
  • initiating capital projects in accounting systems and capital reporting,
  • managing budgets in accounting systems.

what we expect

  • very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
  • communicative level of French and English, both written and spoken - a necessary condition,
  • knowledge of PowerBI and data cubes is welcome,
  • experience in data analysis from an accounting perspective - preparation of accounting entries, accruals, capital expenditures, and accounting is welcome,
  • ease in navigating analytical and accounting systems,
  • accuracy, conscientiousness, and reliability in performing duties.
