Job Opportunity: Order and Escalation Processing Support Specialist

At MAN Trucks Sp. z o.o., we are seeking an experienced Order and Escalation Processing Support Specialist to join our team in Niepołomice, Poland.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to work as the first point of contact for truck order processing and escalation management. Your main tasks will include processing truck orders and managing escalations, communicating with international customers and internal teams in fluent German and English, assisting in resolving customer issues particularly related to scheduling and technical problems, creating regular reports to monitor and improve process quality, and participating in management meetings to present solutions and discuss important topics.

MAN Trucks Sp. z o.o. is one of the most advanced production sites within the MAN network, located in Niepołomice near Krakow. Our company produces heavy trucks NTG and TG.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary estimated at around 45,000 - 55,000 PLN per year (approximately €10,500 - €13,000), depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English.
  • Stress Resistance: Ability to remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
  • Initiative: Proactive and independent working style.
  • IT Skills: Quick learning and adaptation to various IT systems, particularly SAP, Excel, Access, and MAN internal systems.
  • Communication Skills: Confident presence and clear communication in management meetings.
  • Experience: Ideally, experience in order processing and escalation management.
