Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Estimated Salary: 15,000 PLN gross per month + 10% annual bonus

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing Windows OS on ~4000 End User Devices via AutoPilot, as well as deploying software packages to these devices via Company Portal.

In addition, they will ensure timely deployment of updates to both End User Devices and Servers, while administering Windows Servers running core IT applications and functions.

This role also involves working closely with SysOps Administrators and Engineers to provide 2nd level support for ServiceDesk tickets and ensuring full coverage of vacation periods.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting a global, distributed, multi-language environment, as well as using a ticketing system and working as part of a project team.

• 5 years' experience in IT hardware & IT Ops support
• Previous experience of Intune (MDM, EUD Conditional Access and Policies) and AutoPilot Deployments (Windows 10 and/or 11)
• Previous experience of Windows Server 2016+ (installation, patching, managing, troubleshooting & upgrading)
• Previous experience of Linux advantageous
• Understanding of LAN/WAN network technology, knowledge of protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, TFTP, DNS, SSH

The successful candidate should also possess strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel (intermediate level), Outlook, PowerPoint etc., as well as ability to work with people in multicultural & cross functional environments, work independently, and travel across EU.
