We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and high availability of critical systems and services.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment of Windows OS and Software: Develop and implement efficient deployment strategies for Windows OS and software packages to over 4,000 end-user devices via AutoPilot and Company Portal.
  • Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Servers running core IT applications and functions, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide second-level support for ServiceDesk tickets, working closely with SysOps Administrators and Engineers to ensure full coverage of vacation periods.
  • IT Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other members of the IT Infrastructure Team and wider IT team to ensure robustness and high availability of critical hardware and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years' experience in IT hardware and IT Ops support, with previous experience in Intune (MDM, EUD Conditional Access, and Policies) and AutoPilot Deployments (Windows 10 and/or 11).
  • Windows Server Experience: Previous experience with Windows Server 2016+ (installation, patching, managing, troubleshooting, and upgrading) is essential.
  • Linux and Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with Linux and understanding of LAN/WAN network technology, including protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, TFTP, DNS, SSH.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately 15,000 PLN gross per month, plus a 10% annual bonus.
