Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Technical Support team as a Junior Technical Support Specialist. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best possible experience for our players by providing top-notch technical assistance and support.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Support: Respond to player inquiries and provide timely and effective technical advice and solutions via tickets.
  • Issue Identification and Prioritization: Identify issues, prioritize them, and report them using internal and external tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including production, QA, design, programming, PR, legal, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research and obtain solutions and information to resolve player issues efficiently.
  • Value Upholding: Adhere to and share CD Projekt RED's values.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Gaming Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience working in people-facing services or customer support is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to adjust tone and formality level according to the situation.
