AIF Designation Overview

Key Responsibilities
This role involves providing guidance and support to candidates throughout their certification journey, handling overdue phone calls, auditing new and renewing designees, completing relevant invoicing processes, and addressing participant issues professionally. Additionally, you will help manage conversion reporting and communications, conduct virtual distribution of welcome packets for new designees, and support campaigns for inactive designees to re-engage them into the program.

Data Management and Reporting
This role requires managing and analyzing product survey data to inform program improvements, helping maintain an enterprise approval list for designations, tracking and managing reporting data from CE webinars, and maintaining accurate tracking of Key Performance Indicators to support business leaders.

Marketing Assistance
You will support marketing efforts through the creation of codes, enrollment guides, and supplemental materials, generate and distribute designee lists for various stakeholders, and support campaigns for marketing agreements with enterprise clients.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have 1+ years of experience in an operational or support role, including professional phone and email correspondence. You should also possess high-level English proficiency for effective communication, excellent customer service skills, and strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Suite applications.
