As a highly skilled EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving our organization's IT end-user computing infrastructure. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining end-user computing solutions using tools like Intune, SCCM, and CAPA Installer.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to providing excellent user experiences. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment and Configuration: Design, implement, and maintain end-user computing solutions.
  • Software Packaging: Package and deploy software, document processes, and automate application packaging and deployment using scripting.
  • Device Management: Manage and secure endpoints using Microsoft Intune and other tools.
  • Patch Management: Plan, schedule, and deploy patches and software updates while ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Process Improvement and Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience with tools like CAPA Installer, Intune, SCCM, and M365 administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
  • Experience with endpoint security and compliance management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
