About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Sourcing Professional to join our team in Warsaw.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and driving third-party suppliers contract management strategies, monitoring compliance and performance, leading process design, and acting as the liaison between suppliers and TN Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and drive third-party suppliers contract management strategies for the Digital Technology sourcing organization in alignment with TN Poland's vision around centralized products such as Commercial, Data Analytics, ERP, Services, & Manufacturing.
  • Monitor suppliers' and TN Poland's compliance and performance against established contracts and policies.
  • Lead the process design for the collection and analysis of global contract data for the Digital Technology sourcing organization. Maintain and construct the ongoing analyses of a deep fact base for third-party supplier contracts.
  • Act as the liaison between suppliers and TN Poland on contract compliance and auditing matters.
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers during the sourcing review.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing leadership at the highest levels and wider internal stakeholders such as finance, compliance, and legal subject matter experts in the negotiation and execution of high-value contracts.
  • Oversee more complex Sourcing programs & initiatives, defined as primary projects of substantial monetary value, with significant stakeholder interface, and develop formal supplier agreements and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, college, or high school diploma.
  • At least 6 years of direct work experience with at least 3 years in Sourcing/Procurement roles.
  • 2 years of experience in directly negotiating Sourcing contracts.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Contract Database Management for 3rd party suppliers is desirable.
