As a key member of the team, you will focus on delivering programmes efficiently, aligning with strategic objectives through collaboration, performance tracking, and governance framework maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive portfolio oversight framework for high-priority programmes and initiatives
  • Managing and providing regular portfolio reporting, including status updates, plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and benefits tracking
  • Escalating priority risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure prompt resolution and mitigation
  • Scheduling and facilitating regular governance meetings with senior stakeholders, including working groups and portfolio committees
  • Maintaining and updating portfolio OKRs and metrics to track progress against strategic objectives
  • Developing programme and portfolio communications and reporting
