About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Technical / Legal Business Analyst to join our team at ITDS Business Consultants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and maintain entitlement policies that align with legal obligations and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Translate legal, regulatory, and organizational policies into executable policies using policy-as-code frameworks.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to ensure policies are accurately implemented.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for policy enforcement, ensuring regulatory compliance across platforms.
  • Monitor and update policies to align with evolving regulations and organizational goals.
  • Support the integration of policy checks into CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment.
  • Ensure data access mechanisms are compliant, secure, and meet industry standards.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on regulatory implications and technical implementations.
  • Document policy configurations and ensure transparency of entitlement processes.
  • Perform detailed analysis of regulatory requirements and their operational implications.
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews to demonstrate adherence to policy frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in policy management, compliance, or data governance roles within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in writing and testing policies using policy-as-code frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud, and their security models.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating compliance checks into pipelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of data security practices including encryption, masking, and access control.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to interpret complex regulations into actionable policies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
