We are seeking a talented **Data Governance Lead** to join our team in Cracow, Poland. As a key member of our Workforce Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing strategic reporting products while managing our global People Data Governance practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a data governance strategy and roadmap, including policies, standards, and procedures, to educate and influence stakeholders regarding goals, objectives, and approach.
  • Promote and monitor the consistent and correct use of People Data, partnering with stakeholders to ensure all projects and programs are coordinated with Data Privacy and Data Protection, fulfilling legal and compliance requirements across markets.
  • Create and execute a communication plan to ensure data owners understand the information governance strategy and policies and comprehend their role and responsibilities in relation to the strategy and policies.
  • Establish a transition and/or automation plan for repetitive tasks across the Workforce Analytics team and execute against the plan.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Ability to communicate effectively and speak knowledgeably on the topic of data governance with team members of various roles from operational level to senior executive level.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, ability to develop strategy and see big picture as well as details.
  • High level of integrity as we're uncompromising when it comes to protecting team member data and treating it with respect.
  • Being agile, adaptable, and action-oriented, able to make progress in ambiguous circumstances.
