We are seeking a highly motivated **Governance and Compliance Manager** to join our team at **TN Poland**. This role will involve developing and enhancing strategic reporting products, managing the company's global People Data Governance practice, and creating a data governance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance strategic reporting products, manage the company's global People Data Governance practice, and create a data governance framework.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify and document critical data elements, including metadata, lineage, and business rules for in-scope systems, and create a process to identify and understand critical data issues and/or integrity gaps.
  • Create and execute a communication plan to ensure data owners understand the information governance strategy and policies and comprehend their role and responsibilities.
  • Design effective people analytics/reporting products (dashboards) that inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Ability to define and execute a data governance strategy and roadmap, including policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, ability to develop strategy and see big picture as well as details.
  • High level of integrity as we're uncompromising when it comes to protecting team member data and treating it with respect.
  • Being agile, adaptable, and action-oriented, able to make progress in ambiguous circumstances.
