Your Role

As a Technical Project Lead at Carrier, you will be responsible for leading strategic programs, coordinating cross-functional processes, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will manage resources, track progress, and mitigate risks while maintaining clear communication among team members and stakeholders.

Your leadership and proactive approach will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing critical path analysis and implementing work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Managing strategic programs for the Business Unit and cross-functional business processes.
  • Coordinating internal & external resources and third parties/vendors for the timely, within scope and within budget execution of the project.
  • Developing detailed project plans to track progress and measure project performance (SPI/CPI, Earned Value, variance).
  • Identifying and managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs following the appropriate processes.
  • Performing risk management to minimize and mitigate project risks.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, ensuring the team is fully aligned with the deliverables and standards set in the gated review process.
  • Delivering clear and timely communication to team, cross-functional departments, and leadership.
  • Driving root cause analysis when product issues occur using tools such as fault-tree analysis and fishbone diagrams.
