Chief Financial Officer

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, tax calculations, and external reports, ensuring all deadlines and SLAs are met. You will also develop and implement internal controls and reporting processes for financial statements, taxes, and external statistics.

Audit and Support

• Act as the central point of contact for all internal and external audits, leading document collection and responding to audit queries.
• Support other finance teams in resolving issues related to assigned legal entities.

Collaboration and Communication

• Maintain strong communication with business partners, including shared service center teams, site leaders, and external consultants.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality results on time.

This is an independent role that requires experience in both Polish and international accounting regulations. You will work closely with our finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

• Finance experience with a strong understanding of accounting principles, including IFRS and SOX compliance.
• At least 3 years of experience in preparing financial statements and handling auditing tasks.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Polish, with strong communication skills.
• Experience working with auditors and tax authorities.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, with strong presentation skills.
• Work model: 2-3 days per month in the Stargard office
