Chief Financial Officer

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, tax calculations, and external reports, ensuring all deadlines and SLAs are met.
• Develop and implement internal controls and reporting processes for financial statements, taxes, and external statistics, ensuring compliance with IFRS and SOX regulations.
• Manage and review the Trial Balance for assigned legal entities, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution of any issues.

Audit and Support:

• Act as the central point of contact for all internal and external audits, leading document collection and responding to audit queries.
• Support other finance teams in resolving issues related to assigned legal entities, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Maintain strong communication with business partners, including shared service center teams, site leaders, and external consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and results delivery.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality results on time, leveraging advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting and auditing processes. If you have experience in both Polish and international accounting regulations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

• At least 3 years of experience in preparing financial statements and handling auditing tasks.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Polish, with strong communication skills.
• Experience working with auditors and tax authorities.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, with strong presentation skills.
• Work model: 2-3 days per month in the Stargard office
