About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team at Vantive, a new company built on our legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis. As a Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes and assessing their fit with established solutions.

You will work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define business requirements and champion process governance. Your goal will be to harmonize processes and the underlying system solution globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing existing business processes and assessing their fit with established solutions
  • Defining business requirements with Product Owners and business stakeholders
  • Championing process governance to harmonize processes and the underlying system solution globally
  • Supporting Product Owners with Inception/Backlog Grooming preparation and execution
  • Preparing design artifacts, such as flow diagrams and use case documents
  • Investigating questions that arise from Backlog grooming sessions
  • Working closely with Agile Teams and BAs to understand how the Product Vision can be translated into working software
  • Supporting solution design and technical architects
  • Aligning requirements with architectural models
  • Supporting the development/test team in clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Reviewing stories to ensure they remain within the boundaries of the feature benefit hypothesis and Feature Acceptance Criteria
  • Augmenting Acceptance Criteria in each user story to ensure system-specific items are included
  • Supporting Product Owners and Commercial Operations with iteration demos and System/Feature level demos
  • Supporting the definition of end-to-end test scenario definition
  • Supporting regional Commercial Operations with UAT testing issue investigation and resolution

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Product Owner who has a strong understanding of Agile approaches and cultures. You should have a proven track record of analyzing business processes and defining business requirements. Additionally, you should have experience working in regulated environments and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree with >3 years of experience in digital/technical product ownership
  • Commercial Technology Products experience or knowledge
  • Established Commercial Business Acumen
  • Technical aptitude to convey and collaborate around the development of desired functionality
  • Strong understanding and working experience with Agile approach and culture
  • Ability to work with multiple geographies in a multicultural environment
  • Experience in working in regulated environments (i.e. privacy/compliance) preferred
