Vercom is a leading developer of global cloud communications platforms (CPaaS) empowering companies to build strong relationships through various channels including email, SMS, RCS, MMS, web push, mobile push, and instant messages.

We specialize in delivering seamless communication solutions and expanding our presence across Europe. This role requires a skilled professional to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
  • Organize and manage events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and product launches, primarily in Poland and expanding throughout Europe.
  • Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging communication aligned with our brand strategy.
  • Crisis management: develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect and enhance the company's reputation during challenging times.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement PR and event strategies that align with company goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in both PR & events management in B2B.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal skills in English and Polish (C level or native).
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Established network of media contacts and influencers in the tech and SaaS industries is a plus.
