Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Agent to join our team at Uncapped. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Collections Lead, Head of Underwriting, CRO, and CEO to ensure effective debt recovery and cash flow management.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize losses and maximize cash flow for investing in the growth of our portfolio.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer needs, ensuring a seamless and great experience.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of customer interactions to inform business growth and improvement.
- Proven experience in a Collections role, with a strong track record of debt recovery and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and independently.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
