Join Our Team as a PTP Accountant-3

We are a leading technology company with a strong presence in the automotive industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled PTP Accountant-3 to join our team. As a PTP Accountant-3, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payable invoices within the EMEA region into our SAP system, ensuring timely and accurate financial postings.
  • Monitor and control the accuracy of financial postings, correcting errors and clearing open positions on suppliers' accounts.
  • Prepare and present analysis of vendors' accounts, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Participate in the migration of PTP processes, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Adhere to Standard Operational Procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in financial processes.
  • Collaborate with the audit department to ensure internal and external control processes are in place.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable processes.
  • University graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (preferred).
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, with SAP experience an asset.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
