As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Clients team by overseeing investment projects related to the construction and management of warehouse and production facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your experience and expertise in project management to drive business growth and development.

About the Role
  • Responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of logistics investment projects, coordinating project teams, developing and monitoring project schedules and budgets, and overseeing the tender process and selecting contractors.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing, optimising and executing investment budgets, providing regular progress reports to the CEO, identifying and managing project risks, and building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • You must have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on warehouse investments.
  • A higher education degree in a technical field (civil engineering, architecture, or related) is required.
  • You should have in-depth knowledge of the investment process, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Very good English and highly developed communication and negotiation skills are also essential.
