We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Solution Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our D&T division, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and deployment of marketing automation solutions across various channels. Your expertise in configuring and integrating IT solutions within our tech stack will enable us to deliver personalized customer experiences and drive business results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your technical knowledge to design, configure, develop, and integrate IT solutions within our marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

  • Manage the marketing technology stack, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and support of solutions.

  • Lead by example, fostering collaboration, clear communication, setting goals and expectations, providing feedback, recognizing and rewarding efforts among your team members.

  • Provide technical and architectural input to guide the development of scalable and robust marketing automation solutions.

  • Tailor technical solutions for OpCo requirements, often leveraging existing products or services, while ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

  • Customize and configure systems to meet agreed scopes, developing and maintaining configuration rules and logic based on business requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with users and OpCos, working closely with Product Owners and other DevOps teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

  • Oversee the resolution of complex technical or business challenges in areas such as Sales CRM, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.

  • Integrate solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed, driving continuous improvement in platform stability, performance, and scalability.

  • Collaborate with development teams to maintain the highest quality standards for the product, ensuring that all Heineken standards are applied.
