This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. as a SAP Junior Analyst - Ariba Systems Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintenance services within the Westinghouse Ariba/SAP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and test master data for designated Ariba modules to meet business needs and adhere to a defined schedule for implementing changes in production.
  • Understand and comply with work instructions, process documents, and technology tools.
  • Review standard processes daily to identify and repair issues as they occur.
  • Triage helpdesk emails and resolve or transfer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide timely support for Suppliers and Customers questions.
  • Use Ariba tools to provide status updates and reporting.
  • Follow a defined system development lifecycle (SDLC) to successfully test and document solutions using additional Ariba/SAP products.
  • Adhere to Westinghouse Ariba/SAP change management model, cybersecurity policies, and other Westinghouse standards.
  • Develop independent working knowledge with designated Ariba/SAP modules and its critical touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Westinghouse business partners, other SAP team members, IT, and other internal teams, and external partners to provide high-quality deliverables and services.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and planning cycles to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to Westinghouse Ariba/SAP standards and best practices for configuration.
  • Adhere to all Westinghouse cybersecurity best practices and policies to maintain a hardened environment.
  • Maintain standards/best practices documentation for the administration of SAP modules.
  • Complete support activities to achieve SLA targets of customer satisfaction and cycle time.
  • Support root cause analysis for repetitive issues to prevent future occurrences.
  • Adhere to established Project Management Methodologies and documentation standards to complete all projects in assigned application area.
  • Adhere to Westinghouse standards and controls within area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience with any Ariba/SAP modules is a plus.
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with other resources to troubleshoot issues/failures.
  • Documentation skills and ability to create training and job aide material.
  • Executes work on time and within budget.
  • Provides high-quality support within SLA.
  • Clear communicator.
