Job DescriptionThis role focuses on maintaining effective spare parts supply chain management, supporting dealers and service providers, and driving the European transition to zero-emission transportation.
Main Responsibilities- Spearhead the provision of information and guidance to dealers and service providers on spare parts matters.
- Oversee the follow-up of orders and backorders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Take charge of the order-to-cash process to guarantee smooth execution.
- Collaborate with dealers to resolve system queries and interface with system developers to drive innovation.
- Maintain robust communication channels with dealers and service providers to address any issues promptly.
- Promote the accuracy and relevance of spare parts catalogues through continuous maintenance and improvement.
- Analyze data on order overview and parts logistics to pinpoint opportunities for optimization.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order returns, cancellations, and spare parts issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business, reflecting a deep understanding of industry principles.
- Demonstrate extensive client-facing experience, showcasing a customer-centric mindset, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excel in written and spoken English and Polish; proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset.
- Display mastery of Microsoft Office and Outlook, with advanced Excel skills being a plus.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and demonstrate a team-oriented approach.
- Be eager to learn and adaptable to new challenges.
