We are seeking a skilled specialist to join our Ricoh team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming orders from sales teams and accurately enter data into Siebel.
  • Verify contract information, including billing accounts, prices, and services accounts, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage incoming queries from sales, supply chain, and customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Create and manage service accounts, as well as terminate existing lease contracts as required.
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to drive departmental performance.

Requirements:

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and analytical skills are also essential.
