We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Ricoh Contract Specialist.

About the Role:

The Ricoh Contract Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of customer orders into our system, ensuring that all documentation is correct and up-to-date. This includes data entry of customer orders, clean order checks, and the creation of service accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of customer orders based on data supplied by sales.
  • Clean order checks to ensure all documentation is correct.
  • Creation of service accounts.
  • Terminating existing lease contracts as required.
  • Meet or exceed SLAs to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify process efficiencies to increase departmental performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have written and spoken fluency in English, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You should also be attentive to detail and have an analytical mind.
