Job Title: Order to Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order to Contract Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Data entry of Ricoh customers' orders based on data supplied by sales teams.
  • Clean order check of contract information received from sales teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Accurate and timely order entry of all order types into Siebel.
  • Managing incoming queries from sales, supply chain, and customers.
  • Creating service accounts and terminating existing lease contracts as required.
  • Meet or exceed SLAs to deliver high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify process efficiencies to increase departmental performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Written and spoken fluency in English.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mind.
