Job Title: Order to Contract Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order to Contract Specialist.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Data entry of Ricoh customers' orders based on data supplied by sales teams.
- Clean order check of contract information received from sales teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Accurate and timely order entry of all order types into Siebel.
- Managing incoming queries from sales, supply chain, and customers.
- Creating service accounts and terminating existing lease contracts as required.
- Meet or exceed SLAs to deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Identify process efficiencies to increase departmental performance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and analytical mind.
