Zielsetzung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fachmann für Marktforschung, der sich auf die Analyse und Interpretation von Daten spezialisiert hat. Der/die Stelleninhaber/in ist für die Erstellung von Insight-Berichten verantwortlich, die auf Kundenaufträge und interne Anforderungen reagieren.

Zuständigkeiten
  • Maßgeschneiderte Insight-Reports erstellen, die auf Kundenanfragen reagieren.
  • Regelmäßige Insight-Reports erstellen, die auf Kundenvorgaben oder als Teil einer kundenübergreifenden Lieferung basieren.
  • Ad-hoc- und regelmäßige Insight-Reports erstellen, die für die interne Vertriebsunterstützung, Marketing & Kommunikation und den Aufbau von Know-how in der Marketing- und Medienlandschaft benötigt werden.
  • Einzelne Kunden betreuen, vom Onboarding über das Briefing bis zur Lieferung und Nachbetreuung.
  • Kosten-/Aufwandkalkulationen erstellen, die die Preisstruktur berücksichtigen, um Rentabilität und Umsatzwachstum zu gewährleisten.
  • Fristen einhalten und Präsentationen mit hohem Qualitätsniveau erstellen.
  • Kundengespräche führen und Studien und Analysen präsentieren, falls erforderlich.
  • Teilnahme an und Präsentation auf Branchenveranstaltungen und Konferenzen.
  • Kundenfeedback reagieren und sicherstellen, dass Probleme gelöst werden, falls erforderlich.
  • Ein hohes Wissensstand über Lösungen, Daten und Methoden der Werbe- und Reichweitenmessung halten.
  • Sich über Nachrichten, Veranstaltungen und aktuelle Themen der Medienbranche auf dem Laufenden halten.
Fähigkeiten
  • Datenanalyse und -auswertung.
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel, PPT und Word sowie Google Sheets, Slides, Docs.
  • Kenntnisse im Desktop-Publishing mit Adobe In Design sowie in Datenbanken, IT-Prozessen, Makro- und Skriptprogrammierung.
  • Kenntnisse von Social Listening Tools, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, Dashboards zu erstellen und eigene/erworbene Daten zu analysieren.
  • Organisations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
  • Kundenzentrierte Denkweise.
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeit und analytisches Denken.
  • Aktiver Zuhörer, proaktiv, geduldig und hartnäckig.
  • Kenntnisse in der Medienbranche.
  • Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von Geschichten durch qualitative und quantitative Daten.
  • Präsentationsfähigkeiten gegenüber dem Kunden.
  • Bevorzugte Sprachen - Englisch (fortgeschritten) / Deutsch (fortgeschritten) / Italienisch (Mittelstufe).
