Drive the Future of Snacking with Mondelēz International

You will lead the regional MTI team in EU, delivering regional projects for SAP and Non-SAP in MTI across MEU in partnership with European business functions. Collaborate with global strategic or regional partners to deliver regional projects and solutions.

How You Will Contribute

What You Will Do:

  • Report directly into MDS MEU MTI Senior Manager
  • Accountability of defined MTI processes in Europe, including Plant Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Replenishment, Manufacturing Execution, and Warehouse Management operations, and Non-SAP solutions
  • Manage a team of internal MDLZ resources
  • Support assigned projects using the Mondelez Europe methodology, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable benefits
  • Closely collaborate with business and vendors
  • Take accountability for implementing identified initiatives
  • Operate across MDS and business functional areas to drive delivery stream agenda and provide functional expertise as needed across MEU region
  • Represent MDS functional area as part of MTI project team, including presentations to senior stakeholders and project governance boards

  • Willingness to travel
