Job Description

The successful candidates will be integral members of the architectural team, delivering construction documents and managing the design process for large-scale office projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Delivery: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for regulatory approvals, tender, and construction.
  2. Collaboration: Coordinate with primary MEP and structural consultants.
  3. Critical Thinking: Engage in client liaison and manage other design team members.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
  5. Technical Skills: Produce construction/working drawings using advanced Revit.
  6. BIM Implementation: Utilize BIM for projects ranging from conceptual massing to detailed construction documents.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience within office projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM processes.
  • Strong technical abilities, including producing accurate construction drawings and schedules.
  • Experience coordinating with MEP and structural consultants.
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
  • Clear, strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage design team members and work collaboratively within a team.
