About the Company

We are Testronic, a leading company in the computer games industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Planful System Deployment Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our finance consolidation and reporting system, Planful. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial processes and reporting systems, as well as advanced MS Excel skills.

You will work closely with our finance function to deliver high-quality results and ensure timely project completion.

About the Project

Our finance consolidation and reporting system, Planful, has been partially implemented, and we are now looking to move the project forward. The key goals of this project are:

  1. Develop an automated data transfer process from SAP to Planful
  2. Review and establish a process for recurring Planful consolidation journals (e.g., revenue journals and cost centre cross charges)
  3. Develop upload templates and processes for non-financial KPIs (e.g., headcount data) into Planful
  4. Develop management reporting outputs from Planful
  5. Manage and track the project plan, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met

You will work closely with our finance function to deliver high-quality results and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a System Implementation Specialist, with relevant finance experience
  • Knowledge of financial processes and reporting systems
  • Advanced MS Excel skills

Desirable qualifications include proven ability to collaborate effectively in international cross-functional project teams, knowledge of Planful & Sharperlight Add-in, experience in coaching or training finance and non-finance staff, and background in project management.

Key Competencies

We are looking for a self-motivated and resilient individual who can work independently and collaboratively. You should be fluent in English and have exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire stakeholders.

You will also need to be an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
