TN Poland is seeking a seasoned European Quality Manager for Power Transformers to oversee quality management across our European operations. As a key member of our Product Line, you will be responsible for developing and deploying quality systems and initiatives to ensure high-quality products and services.
You will work closely with Factory Quality Managers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Your expertise in implementing quality standards such as ISO 9001 and your experience with APQP, Lean 6 Sigma, and other quality-related tools will be invaluable in achieving our business goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in engineering or a related field and a minimum of 7 years' experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as fluency in English, are also required.
Some travel may be necessary, but remote work options are available.
