As a Senior Engineering Manager at Mondial Relay, you will lead and manage high-performing Agile development teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in application system design, architecture, and development processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage 3 or 4 teams of multi-disciplinary engineers that are working with Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, Kubernetes, modern front-end technologies such as REACT and PHP.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in application system design, architecture, and development processes, leveraging the latest technologies and tools to improve product functionality and customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define product requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with strong familiarity in at least one of these technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, Kubernetes, modern front-end technologies such as REACT and a basic knowledge of PHP.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing Agile development teams, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments.
  • Professional level of English (B2 min.).
  • A salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
