Key Responsibilities:

As a Compliance and Regulatory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global quality standards while ensuring product compliance across multiple categories.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our markets, local operations teams, and other central functions to enhance existing product compliance standards and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global and local suppliers to ensure compliance with product safety standards and documentation requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective corrective actions with suppliers.
  • Support Category Managers and Operations teams in quality assurance and product compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) and other relevant EU regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree related to engineering or business.
  • Relevant experience in Product Compliance and Regulatory compliance.
  • Good understanding of EU regulation (GPSR, REACH, CE Marking, Food Safety regulation).
  • Proven knowledge of basic product compliance practices.
  • Relevant experience as an auditor.
  • Experience in the E-commerce / Retail.
  • Experience leading education and training initiatives.
