About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer Tech Lead to join our team at Dignio. As a key member of our tech team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our tech stack, ensuring it meets the highest standards of security, availability, and stability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new services and maintain existing ones, working closely with the tech team and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee the tech stack and architecture, collaborating with other seniors and tech leads to review and point forward direction.
  • Develop clean, reusable, and stable code that meets our high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to devops work, ensuring our products are available, secure, and monitored at all times.
  • Work on platform optimisation to achieve maximum performance, stability, and resiliency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working experience.
  • Relevant experience with full-cycle software development, including frontend and backend, preferably also devops and cloud.
  • Proven skills in several of our core technologies and tools (Python, React, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Github, Docker, and AWS).
  • Spoken and written English fluency.
