The Training Specialist will play a pivotal role in empowering the Relativity community with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders, both in-person and virtually.
  • Providing consultative services on training projects, outlining initiatives as needed, and collaborating directly with customers and internal stakeholders on educational endeavors.
  • Evaluating training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Assessing presentation skills of cross-functional teams and providing recommendations using a standardized rubric.
  • Developing deep product expertise and staying current with updates to ensure a robust training experience.
  • Sharing best practices with the team and assisting with onboarding new trainers.
  • Collaborating on the production and management of industry, community, and educational events.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of emerging educational tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in training or facilitation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and its applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
