Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take on a challenging role and drive business growth in the region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve business objectives in Poland. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers;
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the local market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales plans and tactics;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Managing and forecasting sales performance, including setting targets and tracking progress against goals;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in business development or sales leadership roles, preferably within the technical industry;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level - a prerequisite;
  • Knowledge of German will be an added advantage;
  • Ability to inspire our customers and deliver presentations;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to work flexibly;
  • Cat B driving license.

This is a full-time employment contract, Monday through Friday.
