CNC Engineer (Medical component)

We are seeking a skilled CNC Engineer to join our team in Skawina, Poland, and contribute to the advancement of medical implant technologies.

Your responsibilities:

  • Interpreting project drawings to determine part-specific requirements.
  • Collaborating with an engineering team for CNC program alignment with project needs.
  • Setting up CNC machines for production configuration.
  • Ensuring precision and quality standards are maintained.
  • Conducting test runs to verify CNC outputs meet specifications.
  • Providing technical expertise in CNC machines, tooling, and fixture development.
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machinery.

We require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in CNC program design and analysis for milling and turning.
  • Experience in 5 Axis & Turning Programming, Hyper mill CAM tool, and medical components.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming.
  • Strong knowledge of metal machining processes and engineering materials.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Problem-solving skills for technical issues.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools and validation techniques.
