Insurance Expert with InsuranceNow Development Experience

ClearLync, a full-service software consulting firm specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, is seeking an experienced Senior InsuranceNow Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing InsuranceNow solutions, customizing workflows, integrating external systems, and providing technical support for the InsuranceNow platform.

Our company provides comprehensive solutions for Insurance industry clients through custom web application development, core system implementations, system maintenance, and user interface design.

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in InsuranceNow configuration, customization, and integration to join our team.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 3 years of development experience on the InsuranceNow platform by Guidewire.
• InsuranceNow certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes and systems.
• Proficiency in Java and XML.
• Experience with InsuranceNow API and data model.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
