Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior InsuranceNow Developer to join our team at ClearLync. As a Senior InsuranceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing InsuranceNow solutions, customizing workflows, integrating external systems, and providing technical support for the InsuranceNow platform.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of InsuranceNow projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes and systems, as well as proficiency in Java, XML, and experience with the InsuranceNow API and data model.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of development experience on the InsuranceNow platform by Guidewire
• InsuranceNow certification a plus
• Experience in InsuranceNow configuration, customization, and integration
• Proficiency in Java, XML
• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes and systems
• Knowledge of Insurance industry standards and regulations
• Experience with InsuranceNow API and data model
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Benefits include fully remote employment, B2B contracts, semi-flexible working hours, and a flat organizational structure with a collaborative working environment.
