**ServiceNow Expert Wanted**

We're looking for a seasoned ServiceNow professional to join our team at 1dea. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business processes on the ServiceNow platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the entire development and implementation lifecycle of business processes on the ServiceNow platform
  • Analyze business requirements upfront and throughout development, ensuring solutions perfectly align with goals
  • Lead a team of ServiceNow consultants, guiding them towards successful project delivery
  • Craft scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions, laying the foundation for future growth
  • Proactively identify and overcome challenges throughout the development process, delivering seamless solutions

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years experience with ServiceNow platform's architecture
  • Proven track record in customizations, integrations, and project management as lead developer, PM, or architect
  • Minimum 3 years ServiceNow implementation experience and knowledge of ITIL/Agile best practices
  • Proficiency in a programming language (JavaScript, C#, Java, etc.) a must
  • Any ITOM/Discovery experience, even basic, is a valuable bonus
  • Good command of English, German or other European language would be an advantage, but not mandatory
