For a global company delivering innovative healthcare solutions, we're looking for a ServiceNow IT Operations Management Lead/Architect.
Our client is part of a group responsible for IT across the entire healthcare group and its business segments. They ensure a seamless interface between IT operations and business operations, enabling all employees in production, logistics, and other areas to work efficiently and without disruptions.
 The ServiceNow ITOM Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the deployment, adoption, and integrity of ServiceNow ITOM functionalities within our client.
 The ideal candidate should have a solid background and experience in programming with ServiceNow.
 Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Ensure that ITOM capabilities and architecture are properly documented and regularly updated.
  • Assess the impact of new requirements and ensure alignment with business strategies and governance decisions.
  • Implement architectural controls for discovery, CMDB, service mapping, and event management.
  • Provide technical leadership for ITOM to the ServiceNow Platform Support Team.
  • Lead the technical aspects of ITOM within the platform support team.
  • Manage and direct the resolution of technical escalations.
  • Maintain system integrity during expansions and upgrades.
  • Oversee ITOM stakeholders across various business segments and ensure governance is maintained across the platform.
  • Manage the outsourced relationships to deliver support operations and projects.
  • Develop and qualify use cases and user stories.
  • Govern ITOM interfaces to ensure they are optimized and reused effectively.
  • Review and approve ITOM solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with other architects and IT Security to ensure ServiceNow ITOM adheres to compliance and security standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of ITOM capabilities and promote the adoption of CMDB data aligned with CSDM across all ServiceNow initiatives.


Requirements
  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT Operations Management (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure configuration across traditional on-premises datacenters, cloud environments, network, and IT security tools.
  • Hands-on experience with MID-server configuration and architecture understanding.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting probes and patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, preferably ITIL v4 certification.
  • Experience and understanding of the ServiceNow CSDM model.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and delivering through third parties.
  • Competency in managing project delivery through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Advanced level of Polish C1/C2.
