As a Reward Manager - Benefits Strategy and Operations at THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION, you will be responsible for managing the benefits renewal cycle, ensuring timely and compliant renewals in line with legislation. Your attention to detail and project management skills will be essential in providing accurate insurance renewal data to brokers and day-to-day management of benefits arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the benefits renewal cycle, ensuring alignment with the benefits strategy and timely renewals in line with legislation.
- Provide accurate insurance renewal data to brokers and vendors.
- Day-to-day management of benefits arrangements, including acting as the point of escalation for complex benefits and pension queries.
- Ensure relevant internal policies are reviewed regularly and are up-to-date and comply with legislation changes, filling current policy gaps.
- Manage the Poland Benefits platform and Annual Enrolment process.
- Manage the Social Fund, reviewing income groups and the annual income declaration process.
- Implement and coordinate benefits changes with Payroll and manage benefits-related payroll queries.
- Adhere to internal Third-Party Governance requirements and work with vendors as required.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and third-party suppliers, holding regular meetings to review action logs, monitor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, and ensure compliance with vendor assessments.
- Design, review, and maintain Reward and wellbeing communication materials across various internal channels.
- Ensure team processes are fully documented to adhere to internal compliance requirements.
- Day-to-day management of People Solutions Team queries portal, ensuring benefits queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently within required SLAs.
- Support the Wellbeing Team as required, including support with onsite wellbeing events and in-house services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Reward Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, working effectively to deadlines and project plans.
- Experience of managing and building effective working relationships with third-party outsourced service providers/vendors.
- Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Educated to degree level.
- Proven people management experience.
