Key Enterprise Architect Role for Large-Scale Transformation Projects

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in leading and coordinating large-scale transformation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing mechanisms, procedures, processes, and policies for enterprise architecture, as well as overseeing and managing the entire enterprise architecture lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Operationalize the IT Architecture development strategy, including building transition architectures and architectural roadmaps
  • Lead and coordinate large-scale transformation projects
  • Manage organizational change in alignment with the overall strategy and established architectural principles
  • Develop and implement mechanisms, procedures, processes, and policies for enterprise architecture
  • Oversee and manage the entire enterprise architecture lifecycle and ensure it is regularly updated
  • Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to gather data and capture business requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, as well as fluency in English (minimum level C1).

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in an enterprise architect role
  • 10-15 years of experience in large-scale transformation projects
  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • TOGAF certification
  • Strong knowledge of architectural and design patterns
  • Fluency in English (minimum level C1)

Please note that experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. We offer a competitive rate up to 240.00 PLN/h + VAT, hybrid work within our office in Kraków, and many other benefits listed below.
