Storyteller and Quest Developer

We are seeking a talented Storyteller and Quest Developer to join our team in crafting the studio's first-ever original IP and video game, codenamed Project Hadar. As a key member of our project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a new universe that is bursting with limitless potential.

The successful candidate will be passionate about narrative-driven and emotional design, with experience in visual scripting, interactive storytelling, and directing complex projects. If you have a talent for creating engaging stories and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-create the vision of a new project with our team.
  • Create the storyline on a detailed level, taking into account the project's overall direction.
  • Design quests and implement them using Unreal Engine 5, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Plan assets required for the creation of the quests, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Integrate delivered assets into a cohesive whole, maintaining the highest possible quality.
  • Fix reported bugs and create/maintain design documentation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a Quest or Mission Design position.
  • High creativity and exceptional narrative proficiency.
  • Proven high proficiency with writing scenarios, screenplays, or short stories.
  • High proficiency with visual scripting tools and game editors.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with a sense for designing in-game features.
  • Ability to receive and apply feedback in a highly iterative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
