We're seeking a skilled Narrative Experience Creator to join our team at CD Project. As a Quest Designer, you'll have the opportunity to create, implement, and direct your own stories within our iconic worlds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed storylines that captivate audiences.
• Design and implement quests using Unreal Engine 5.
• Plan and coordinate asset requirements for quest creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Integrate assets into cohesive, engaging, and unique experiences.
• Maintain high-quality quests and address reported bugs.
• Create and maintain design documentation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Creativity and original ideas for storytelling.
• Basic writing skills or experience with screenplays/scenarios.
• Able to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Passion for playing games (cRPGs or pen & paper RPG systems).
• Able to receive and apply feedback in an iterative environment.
• Broad interest in culture and pop culture.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in modding games (cRPGs and sandbox games) is a plus.
