We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Automation Lead to drive process improvement and automation initiatives within our Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) functions. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with technical expertise to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in our finance department and make a significant impact on our organization's efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Lead automation projects for AP and GL processes, from conception to implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through automation.
  • Collaborate with finance teams and IT to develop and implement automated solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Analyze current processes and design future-state workflows.

Requirements

This role requires a strong background in finance, with a focus on AP and GL processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with expertise in financial systems and ERP platforms. Strong project management skills, technical proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Alteryx and PowerBI, and fluency in English are also essential. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
