We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Theramex. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
Your key responsibilities will include developing sales strategies to increase current market share and improve product visibility, adapting international marketing campaigns to local needs, and developing new marketing materials.
In addition, you will work closely with the Regional Head to identify opportunities and develop plans to achieve business objectives. You will also participate in international PM meetings, WebEx, and teleconferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to increase current market share and improve product visibility
- Adapt international marketing campaigns to local needs
- Develop new marketing materials
- Launch or relaunch Theramex products in cooperation with the International Marketing team and the CEE Regional Head
- Develop market strategy
- Participate in international PM meetings, WebEx, and teleconferences
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Proven professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Poland
- Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, etc.)
- Proficient spoken and written English and Polish
- Field sales experience
