Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement planned maintenance regimes for client assets
  • Respond to unplanned maintenance activities and trouble ticket requests within agreed SLAs
  • Oversee building operations stock, including tracking utility usage and implementing innovative ideas to reduce environmental impact
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, such as safety groups, and oversee updates to building operating and maintenance manuals
  • Perform site inspections and manage small projects, including budgeting and activity planning for site improvements
  • Coordinate with various teams, including deskside/IT, global telecom, and global security
  • Maintain daily health and safety records and deputize for assistant facilities manager or facilities manager when necessary

  • Knowledge of statutory and regulatory maintenance requirements for client assets and contract management
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make good decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
